RSAF’s mail circulation solution aimed towards digitizing and streamlining the efforts exerted when handling incoming and outgoing mail.
The system acted as a central point of reference where incoming mail will be registered, scanned and assigned to a concerned commission/department then enable users to transfer a document to a concerned person electronically using the system and track the physical delivery of the actual document using delivery manifests, barcode labels and barcode scanners.
All actions and history of the document will be recorded until it reaches its final stage and gets archived.
The system also handled outbound documents originating from RSAF, where the system will track the document’s draft approval from the point it has been created until it gets signed and issued.
